We work on fixed and hourly rates. The first cleaning will always be a deep cleaning, where we will remove all the dirt accumulated over time, and this is calculated per hour, just as the move in and move out are also calculated per hour. If you maintain a regular cleaning schedule after the deep cleaning, these will be at fixed rates that we calculate according to the size of your home.

It is not necessary to be at home while we clean. If you have an alarm, please make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive and activate it again when we leave. We will also need a house key if necessary to access work. We charge a $50 blocking fee if we have a confirmed appointment and are unable to enter.
